Music Listening: stimulating memories and life reflection.
Song Writing: helping expression and understanding of thoughts and feelings. Songs can be written as a gift for family members.
Singing or Creating Music with an Instrument: bringing comfort and expression of feelings.
Memorial Services/Funerals: planning or providing music.
