What we support...
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapists (OT) assess a person's physical and functional abilities, home environment and family support system to determine ways to keep clients safe, comfortable, independent and at home as long as possible.
OTs may see an individual at home, hospital or the hospice.
OTs can assist by providing various types of equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, hospital beds, lift chairs, commodes and bath seats which may not be available through other sources. The OT will educate clients and caregivers how to use the equipment safely to assist them with their day to day life.
